Modak




Modak by bharathiya

Ingredients

 1 cup rice flour 
 1 cup water 
 1 teaspoon oil 
 oil for greasing 
 a pinch of salt 

For the filling

 1 cup grated jaggery (gur) 
 1 cup greated fresh coconut 
 ½ teaspoon cardamom (elaichi) powder 
 1½ tablespoons ghee
