5 Healthy No-Cook Breakfasts


Fresh Fruit and Greek Yogurt

This one couldn't be easier. Just spoon a 5.3-oz. container of fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt into a bowl, and top with 3/4 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup chopped Fuji apple, 1/4 oz. (about 1 tbsp.) chopped walnuts, and 1 tsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.
